Advanced DNA testing and genealogical research are being used to try to identify a man whose remains were found over 60 years ago. The man, historically referred to as "Stubby," was ruled a homicide victim, but his identity was never determined due to the lack of his head, hands, and feet. At the time, investigators believed he was a white male, approximately 6 feet tall and 175 pounds, between 40 and 60 years old.

His remains were buried in a cemetery in 1984. The case is being worked on by the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office and Moxxy Forensic Investigations. Further details about the case and the investigation are available.
