A man from Montgomery County was arrested in Louisiana on July 27. He is accused of sexually abusing a child under 14. The investigation began after a report was made in July 2023.
The suspect, James Michael Nona, allegedly abused the child over several years. After learning of the investigation, Nona left Texas. He was found in Oklahoma, where he was using a different name, and was arrested.
