A program allowing non-travelers to meet loved ones at airport gates has been introduced. Eligible individuals can use this service to greet family members or friends. Approved visitors can welcome or see off loved ones, or meet during layovers.

They can also visit airport restaurants and stores beyond security checkpoints. The program is not available at certain airports, including two major ones. However, a nearby participating airport is available as an alternative.
